Palm tree id
Hi-
I have a house with a pool in the backyard. There is a palm tree that produces small round seeds.(green). My dilema is that these seeds fall into the pool, get sucked up by the pool sweep , and causes the pool sweep to stop working. I wanted to identify the type of palm, and also hear suggestions on how I can control the seeds from falling. The tree is too large to replant, and tearing it out is and will not be an option.(Its beautiful)It stands about 15' high. The seeds are yellow and small (peasize) at first, then they turn green before they fall. ( larger then a marble but smaller than a avocado seed. Any suggedtions? Can I add a pic of it somehow on this site?
