Loft designing (palms and ferns)

I have a loft about 12 ft high ceilings. I am thinking about putting lots of palms in there. I kind of want to make it very earthy and tropical. The loft has a large window on one side and a large sky light. Should I mix ferns with palms. I want to get the Kentia Palm and Lady palm along with bamboo. I think the combination of those interior palms would do great in the area. But that will not cover up lots of space. I want some kind of ferns that grown on the walls. I know this sounds weird but i have seen lots of offices that have plants all along the walls and it looks AMAZING! I want that. Does any one have any recommendations on what type of fern they use or vine or any plant in that matter that clings to walls.

There is a fern tree called Austrailian tree fern (check it out)thats a tree although its not a vine and will not grow like a vine in the walls it will provide a lot of canopy space the leaves look like a fern but its a tree and grows like a tree would grow.Totally amazing plant .I wish you the best of luck with your loft. =)

I have the same height of ceiling in my apartment, and was thinking about ordering some kentia palm trees and some lady palms but just want to make sure they are not going to become any larger then the 10 feet ceiling height.
