Yeah i heard about that a little ago.
I also heard that they finally got seeds from one that has been pollinated to bad it dies right after they bloom, what a waste. I wonder if there is any pics of the bloom...

I read
I read that when they bloom it takes up all the energy of the palm tree and uses it to produce this massive flower stalk that has branches of more little flowers. Im going to try to find a picture for you guys.

That is Kind of sad.
The palm tree is giving up his life to bloom and show the world its true beauty. It is AMAZING for sure.

It must **** to be the suicide palm.
I wonder if some big hot shot that has money went out and bought the remaining ones or something.

I bet that would be a long video
Im sure it doesn't explode but maybe some snapshots over time so we can see how it ejects the last flowering and then how the flowering destructs the palm would be great.

Look at that Palm Tree That is crazy!
I love the significance of this palm tree and how it bares one inflorescence and then dies off. Its really touching. I never knew there were so many palm trees. Sweet Pictures by the way.

That is amazing! I never would have thought. I wonder that a smaller one looks like.
