I use a mixture that contains liquid seaweed, and I have great results with all plants in the yard, including 6 palms. All natural and it also promotes beneficial organisms in the soil and helps control insects with a little orange oil added. It's Garrett Juice, and I just buy the concentrate rather than go through the hassle of the mix...recipe follows:
1 cup compost tea
1 ounce molasses
1 ounce natural apple cider vinegar
1 ounce liquid seaweed
