Default Canary Palm crown growing crooked
Hello all ,

First i would like to say this is defenatly an awsome site packed full of great information , and im so glad i found it. With that said i need some help. One of my clients has a 8' clear trunk Canary palm that has given me permission to take. But the new growth looks to be growing crooked? Does any one have any idea what is going on? I dont want to waste the money moving it to my yard if there is somthing wrong. Thanks!

Canary Palm crown growing crooked can be for many reason. COuld be just the the sun was not hitting it all day and it needed to reach towards the sun making it crooked.

How much are you getting it for? If you have the patience to wait on the palm tree to straighten itself out then yes. I would go for it. You know what you could do? You could Totally lean the palm over at a 70-80 degree angle and create something a little more different. Is this for your house or to resale?
