Default Queen palms winter problem

I have three queen palms that are 3 years old, and about 15 feet tall. They went thru a winter below 20 degrees with there trunks wrapped in burlap . They do not seem to be doing very well. The tops are all brown and have not responded to the weather we have had above 70 degrees. Usually by this time I usually see green leaves coming from the top. I was wondering if there is any hope ?
