Growing palm..what kind is it?

Hi all! This forum rocks! I will be here often I can already tell

I just bought a house so I am trying to identify the existing palms and plant more in the future. I live in central Florida, so can anyone tell me what this palm may be and how big it may get?

That right there sir is a pygmy date palm tree. Looks like it needs some water and maybe some fertilizer. It won't get to big. They stay relatively small about 6feet max height in a location like that.

wow thank you. So good to know. I've got some other fronds sprouting up in various places. i will take some pics and post tomorrow.
