Default Help, Please!

I believe this has been misidentified as a Cardboard Palm. Can someone please tell me what this is?

Thank you!

Default I think it's right

Looks just like a Cardboard Palm to me. Is there are reason you question the tag?

To me, it looks nothing like the cardboard palms for sale on this site so I've been a little more than confused about it.

Default thats a young one..

With every new branch (if thats what you call it) you will get additional leaves. Give it a year or two and it will look exactly like the ones on this site.

I got a seedling a few years ago and thought the same as you; I thought I got taken. Now it's a beautiful looking Cycad.

Wow, thanks! That makes sense. This will give me a chance to practice the art of patience (which I apparently need).

Default Lol

Hahaha, I have none of that at all, that's what I keep on getting more and more seedlings... so by the time I go back to my older ones, they are huge! lol...

Palm trees are expensive for 2 reasons...

1) The only grow in a few sparce areas.

2) They grow slower than $h!t...

Have fun, and happy growing!
