Default Need Help Identifying Tree

If you could please tell me what kind of tree this is it would be greatly appreciated!

Default Here's my best guess..

I'd say it's a Washingtonia filifera, or California Fan Palm / Desert Fan Palm. It could also be a Mexican fan, but the trunk's diameter is a little large to be a Mexican fan.

I would agree with Jerod on his Washingtonia suggestion/California Fan Palm. I don't believe it could be a Mexican Fan Palm as the cut remainder of each fond base seems to stay attached to the trunk at a 30-45 degree angle for years or until it's about 60-80 feet tall when they might drop off to a smooth trunk like this one is showing in the picture.
