Default what palm is this? Neat Looking Palm
I want to know what palm tree this is because I want to buy it. It seems like it can handle snow.

I think its this. I have seen this picture before. I also love this palm and I am looking for some one to trade something for it. It is one of my favorite palms. Super awesome and Super Cute. Miniature Chusan Palm check it out.

Trachycarpus wagnerianus (Miniature Chusan Palm) fits better than my poor attempt! lol windmill palms or wagners palms are very cool.
