Question pruning & trimming

I have a very small pygmy date. What is the rule on pruning or trimming of dead fronds? The palm was doing fine infront of my window getting some sun and very bright light, but I moved it to a different location in the room. It still gets bright light, but now dead fronds. What is going on with it? Please help! I moved it back in front of the window hoping this will make a difference. It has been fertilized appropriately.

Default Palms have feelings.

You must have taken it out of a spot it was comfortable in. Well i have read that all plants have feelings. I know this is probably not the case with your pygmy. Since I move my palms all the time. They seem to do well and not start to die on me.

Could you upload a photo?

Default pygmy date pic

I posted some pics of my palms and plants in the palm identification thread. If you get a chance take a look and see what you think.
Thanks
