Default Looking for a Neat Palm Tree

Any one know of any Neat Palms. Something no one really has? It doesn't have to be exotic looking. Something that will work for the Georgia Area?

Wink Dydsis Ambositrae Red

Said to be the world Most Beautiful palm. Will grow any where a Kentia will grow with almost the same soil and sun requirements. Great addition to any garden if you can find one.

Default Nice Palms but is there something that will turn a head

You know what I mean. So when someone drives by my home they double take what they just saw which is a palm tree. I saw on here that a flamethrower is cold tolerant? How cold tolerant are they? I have also read that they do take temperatures down to about 25-30 degrees???

Default Bismarck Palm Indeed

The Bismarck Palm is definitively a head turner. It is just so massive and beautiful how can you not double take that.

Question Hey Tampagirl, question about the bismarck palm tree

I have two bismarck palms that I need to remove from the planter and put into another planter. If I cut the roots of the palm will it kill it? Also, I would like to have a gigantic bismarck palm but what size planter would I need to get a gigantic bismarck? I have had these for a couple of years and they don't grow to much but they do change color.. they started out green and now they are bluish tint with some fur on them. I love bismarck palms and don't want to lose them, any ideas?
