I felt like posting a thread about how much i like (love real palm trees) not the fake plastic ones or the expensive artificial weird material ones. Not that I mind them, i just do not prefer them is all. Well to talk a little bit about real palm trees.
First real palm trees are great because they make any place indoors or outdoors more inviting, more colorful, and more tropical. Another thing, if your are going to buy a fake palm tree, they pretty much cost more then the real palm trees. And Yes there are real palm trees can live indoors. Like the kentia, and Areca oh and bamboo palm.
Second palm trees add life and serenity to your environment. By placing a real palm tree in the corner of your living room it automatically appears to make your inside of your home appealing and more inviting. I didn't even know many palm trees until my husband bought a bunch of them for the yard. I remembered asking them what trees were those and he looked at me and smiled. I now know many types and i would say my favorite is the Bismarck or the Cuban Royal. There are a few Exotic ones i like but they are hard to maintain like the lipstick palm.
Third real palm trees not only cleans the air you breath but can also make your outside landscape look so much better. When I moved 6 years ago to the house I live in now, there were no palm trees, only shrubs. Now my home looks like a tropical paradise. All my neighbors love the way i put my Cuban royals and my Christmas palms. I also love to decorate my palm trees in the winter for Christmas with the lights. They are so Beautiful.
Well i dont want to write to much but remember real palm trees are the way to go.
