Default Palm trees and Accounting Office

I am an accountant and own my own Accounting office here in the Little Rock Area and I have a piece of area where I want to put a tree but I am concerned about the roots growing under and pushing up the concrete around it, so I was thinking a palm tree would be great cause the root systems grow down. Is this correct and what do you think about a Bismark Palm.

Default Bismark a Good Choice

That sound like a great choice for your office, especially if the building is a dark red, black or brown color, the light colored Bismark will complement it. Here is a Bismark Palm picture if you want to view.
