Interior Planting - Planting inside your home or bldg. All plants sold at any of our online stores, can be planted inside, in an ideal environment. Certain plants and trees need more sun light than others, certain plants and trees need more water (maintenance) than others; please refer to plant or tree description.

Exterior Planting - Plants and trees in general, grow in exterior warm temperatures all year round. Please refer to plant or tree description, cold toleration (hardiness).

Transplanting - Please refer to the easy 4 step instructions, included with your plant and tree purchase. If you have not received these instructions or misplaced them, please contact our Customer Service dept.

Growth - Certain plants and trees grow faster than others, and certain plants and trees only grow to a certain average height. So, in regards to interior planting; having the right ceiling height and radius spacing inside your home or bldg is essential to the plants or trees length of residency.

Seedlings (Sprouts) - The seed has enough nutrients for two to four weeks. Recommended height for seedling container is minimum 6" to 12". Use natural light, use well draining soil, and water once a week; taking care not to over water. Please note: These are general instructions, for more in depth instructions, please refer to growing instructions included with your purchase.

Do you offer both parcel and freight rates?

...Yes, plants and trees under 6' are shipped parcel. Larger plants and trees, typially over 6', will be shipped Freight. For shipping large plants and trees we base prices on "freight" rates (For example, Bax Global, R + L Carriers, etc.. ).  Please see shipping for details.

Do you ship to another address?

...Yes, to any "Ship To:" address you request at online checkout, over the phone, or mail order.
