No need to create an account; once you make a purchase, your account is automatically generated for you. By logging into your account, you can view all carrier information, check your order status, view tracking number(s), print receipt(s), view past order(s), and change account information. Along with real-time online account status, you will also receive notification via email periodically, notifying you of confirmation(s) and shipping progress.

Free Shipping - Please select free shipping option at checkout. Free shipping is included in the price of every palm tree and product.

• Small Palm Trees and Seedlings (Sprouts) - Parcel delivery time is 5-7 business days; please allow up to 48 hours for product(s) to be shipped. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Dependant on carrier, we will also supply you with a tracking number.

• Medium Palm Trees - Freight delivery time is 7-14 business days; please allow up to 48 hours for product(s) to be shipped. Due to size restrictions, we ship all medium size palm trees as "freight", via professional LTL (less than truck load) carriers. We will notify you via email, and via your online account when product is shipped. We will also supply you with tracking (bill of lading) number(s), along with carrier contact information. Please, make every effort to contact carrier, to arrange a delivery method or any changes in shipping address.

• Large Palm Trees - Unfortunately there is no free shipping on large palm trees. Please contact our Customer Service dept. for scheduling and delivery methods.

Please Note: For large palm tree orders - Unless requested, RPT will cut all fronds to facilitate shipping. For medium palm trees indoor delivery - Unless requested, carriers normally do not deliver in inaccessible areas indoors, (i.e. residential home, high rise bldg.). They will however, drop the shipment in a suitable area, (i.e. driveway, delivery area). Indoor delivery service needs to be scheduled in advance with carrier, and in most cases will incur additional charges with carrier at time of delivery.

General Shipping Information - We take care in packaging every palm tree, so they arrive safely to their destination. All medium size palm trees, are carefully packaged on a pallet to secure tree from shifting while in transit. Depending on the time of year, certain palm trees are also wrapped to prevent frosting.

Expedited Shipping - Please select expedited shipping at check out. Expedited shipping cost and ship method varies from small and medium size palm trees.

• Small Palm Trees and Seedlings (Sprouts) - Parcel delivery time is 2-5 business days; please allow up to 48 hours for product(s) to be shipped. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided to you, once product is shipped.

Large Orders - Free shipping is included. Large orders include 6 medium palm trees or more. We will supply you with all carrier information at the time of shipping via your online account and email. Below are general guidelines; being every order is different, this guide does not cover every instance, and may not apply to every shipment.

• Scheduling - We strongly recommend scheduling a time of delivery with carrier. This will insure you do not incur any additional charges. This will also help facilitate the carrier to better serve your request(s).

• Landscaping Company - We also recommend having a landscaping company coordinate delivery, and assist you at time of delivery.

• Indoor Delivery - Unless requested, carriers normally do not deliver in inaccessible areas indoors, (i.e. residential home, high rise bldg.). This type service also needs to be scheduled in advance with carrier, and in most cases will incur additional charges with carrier at time of delivery.

• Construction Sites - Please notify the carrier, of the construction site entrance, and the nature of delivery. To better streamline the delivery process, please have a foreman or landscaping company present at time of delivery.

• Equipment - In the event a landscaping company is not available, please have a hand truck (dolly) and proper gardening tools ready to move trees to proper location.

International Shipping

Thank you for making RealPalmTrees.com your choice. Patrons, please read carefully. This guide does not include every possible type of international shipment. This guide, does however attempt to be an informative guide to our international shipping process for all of our product(s). For more information on all type international shipments or to expedite your request(s), please contact our Sales dept.

Large and Medium Pam Trees - For your consideration we have two shipping methods for shipping large and medium palm trees.

1. Freight Forwarder - You can contact your freight forwarder of choice; we recommend Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, SEKO Worldwide, or Kuehne + Nagel. They will handle every aspect of the shipment, from our location to your doorstep.
2. Or We'll Export - We can handle all of the exporting from our country, either in a 20' or 40' open top container or via air freight; below is a summary of our guidelines to better assist you.
   
   For your reference, we do not charge any additional fees for international shipments. However, all FOB (Freight on Board) cost are to be paid in advance by yourself or your representative. This includes all cost, from loading at our location to the port of departure, including export charges; we will supply you with all of the estimates in advance.
   
   Many countries have very few regulations when importing product(s). However, every country has different prohibitions, restrictions, and regulations for importing agricultural product(s). And every procedure, also varies with every shipment.
   
   If this is your first time importing our product(s), we recommend consulting with a customs broker or official in your country.

Small Palm Trees or Seedlings (Sprouts) - We use USPS or DHL Global for every international shipment; if you have a preference please let your sales rep. know.
