When ordering this christmas palm I had my reservations because of the size of the palm tree and the shipping costs associated with it, would be super expensive, but the shipping and handling was only 29 dollars to Maryland. I opened the packaged which had fragile stickers all over it and the box looked somewhat banged up. The palm tree looked beautiful and I could see that they took their time making sure that the leaves were all intact and still green. I thought that by the time I recieved it, it would have been brown but it was green and the soil was still somewhat moist. Overall the palm tree I purchased suprised my family and I. My overall experience with purchasing this palm tree went well. I used paypal to check out and the palm was delivered within a week, so turn around time for me was fast. I had a hard time deciding between getting the double or tiple stem, decided to go with double stem. I didnt imagine recieving a 7 foot palm tree in the mail, but I did. It came with everything I needed from the get go, I had some questions spoke with people at the customer service number and they gave me more than enough information to make this palm tree grow. I got both. I first ordered the double seeing that is almost impossible to find this palm tree where I am from. Then I emailed their customer service dep. and asked to see if they had a triple, and they did. I ordered a tripled stemmed Christmas palm tree and I'm glad i did. It look great in my yard and for the double I placed it in my back yard. I'm waiting a little bit longer to see how the triple is doing to place another order. I'm hoping they survive in Houston Texas.
