I was surprised that the bamboo palm came in a planter. It was black plastic planter but a planter all the less. I ordered from another palm tree site and it was bare rooted and I was really upset at their customer service an product which is why I went here next. And to say the least I was very happy. I can see why they cost more here. Product is so much better and healthier and not bare rooted. Can't beat it. (Posted on 10/11/11)

I don't think this palm is a good as everyone says it is... to me it looks like a plant. I don't have buyers remorse I just wished I would have gotten the Ponytail palm instead. It looks more eccentric and more my style. (Posted on 10/4/10)

I received this palm yesterday and it came nicely packaged in a brown box with the welcome care kit. It took 3 days to receive it and it was great. The only thing I would have done different is ordered a second one because I noticed the shipping doesn't change much when you order multiples. (Posted on 10/2/10)
