I am glad the customer service was good. I have a hard time placing orders online since I dont know what they look like, but mine that I recieved looked like the picture and i am a happy customer. Im getting a little to old for gardening so i was a little weary but it arrived nicely pakaged at my doorstep and I had the neighbor help me move it to my backyard garden. Thank you. I bought two of these for my office for my patients and they look great. Plants definitely make a significant difference in the outlook on life. I would suggest everyone getting a plant or palm, something that is alive and natural. (Posted on 5/31/12)

I ordered this palm over the phone and spoke with two different people about this palm and to see if it would do good in my zone, I live in Jacksonville and they have done well since i got them. The roots of this palm are every small compared to the size of the palm. (Posted on 10/24/10)
