I took advantage of my husbands gift card he gave me for my bday and ended up ordering this palm. I am glad it arrived green since ive never bought plants online before. The only thing I would have changed is maybe placing a warning label on the box since the chinese fan palm has sharp thorns on the leaves. When I opened it up i got a small cut from one of the thorns or spikes. So handle with some gloves when planting or removing the palm from the box. (Posted on 2/19/13)
