Had a great experience with this company. My palm started to turn yellow after a couple of months and I wasnt aware that you need to fertilize the palm every three months or so. I was going to place my order on ebay but the nursery on ebay bare roots their palm plus they dont have a money back guarantee nor customer service, two things i desperately needed since i am not a green thumb. Palm arrived with recycled material which was also fantastic. (Posted on 5/31/12)
