I bought a pair of these palms and have never bought palm trees before, but they are just as easy as as making a hole and putting them in the ground and putting water on them. I placed my order over the phone which took at least an hour with all my questions I had but when it arrived last week I got the sensation that I am going to need more...lol... Amazing looking palm a must have for any palm collector or someone to transform their ordinary landscape to extraordinary. I have looked everywhere for a place to sell them not bare-rooted and this was the only place. I am so glad, just some extra info on this palm, it is cold tolerant and its leaves usually max out at 5 or 6, most of the time it has 3 or 4, so if your looking for something with a lot of foilage this is not it. It stand out among all the rest. My husband and i have moved from the back of the yard to the front and everyone that comes in asks us about the palm and where we got it.
