but a couple of more during the summer and they have been in the ground for about 4 months, I winterized them so they should be good for this winter coming up. Overall service was good, not great, spoke to someone on the phone and he said it would take 3 days to receive them and it actually took 6 days, it wouldnt have been a bad I wasnt able to receive them so they stayed in a box outside my home for a day. They looked great I should have tracked the packaged.... but the person on the phone shouldnt have said three days... (Posted on 10/24/10)

Shipping must cost a lot because these palms are cheap. But I do understand shipping one of these is not that easy and not that cheap so I understand. (Posted on 5/25/09)
