The palm I received was very thin and only had about 5 or 6 fronds on it. I was expecting it to be a much fuller palm tree. Shipping went well, customer service was good, but just wish the palm tree was fuller. (Posted on 2/22/13)

It came packed in a large brown box and I didn't have to sign for it which is a plus, but if your looking for a full tree and think that this true date is going to be large than what you see, it's not. The picture is exactly what it looks like, at least mine had like 8 leaves. (Posted on 10/5/10)

The True Date Palm Tree I recieved had a large trunk. It will soon have some clear trunk on it and I cant wait till its bigger. I might have to order a larger one, since I am so impatient. (Posted on 9/29/09)
