I wanted one of these for such a long time. Well I saved up to buy one. I heard that improving your landscape can up your value of your home. It was hitting two bird with one stone. Love this palm, love it in my yard. Love the size I got. I really wanted one that was gigantic, so that way it looked like it was there forever, especially since I see this 100 FT Canary's in Cali. Well 35 Foot Clear trunk is what the tallest they had. It is massive and beautiful.
