I needed about 40 of these for a project I was conducting overseas. I spent about 2 days creating a rough draft blue print to find exactly what I needed to make this happen I normally never write reviews on the computer but I have to say this cut out at least 80% of my "headache" for the overall project they had everything plus more which resulted in an extra bonus for myself everything is hand delivered and it was made easy and simple. I only put this because if anyone else needs a big project done I will be recommending this place to handle it. Cheaper efficient and convenient. (Posted on 2/18/13)

The palm arrived green and with fertilizer and with instructions. None of the leaves were bent and it came with its original soil and was not bare-rooted. Delivery of the palm took about a week from the time I ordered it. I live in ohio so I imagined there was 3 days transit so they must have packaged it the next day after ordering.
