Where did you get your Kentia from? It appears to be sun burned which typically happens if the tree has been growing under shade cloth or if it was grown in a tight group of other Kentias (so none of them truly got "full sun").

It's no big deal, it just needs to acclimate. You can move it to a partially shaded area to recover and then back to your full sun area where it will need to burn and recover again, but personally I would "throw it to the wolves" and leave it where it is. It will be ugly for awhile but will acclimate with less effort and in a faster time frame. Just give it time, the next new leaf will burn a little too and then the one following it will be fine. Once you get a good green leaf that is not burning you can cut all the others off.
