Default Buying a large palm tree or trees. Outdoor palm landscaping

I just posted up a thread probably in the wrong section since this is related to outdoor designing with palm trees. If someone can go and see the post or thread I did on the section of palm trees I would greatly appreciate it. I will copy and paste what I wrote on there in here just in case.

"What type of big palm trees should I buy for my new house I just bought for a steal. I saved money on buying this house and have a bunch of extra money. I am re-doing some of the interior already, but would like to know what type of large or big palm trees that will not only make the house look nicer but will increase the value of my home later on. I have seen so many palms and i really never noticed them until I started looking for large palm trees to put in the front and back of my yard. There are so many different varieties of palm trees I never knew existed. So i guess what i am asking is what kind of palm trees would be the best choice for me. I live in Fort Meyers Florida. My budget for all the landscaping is about 8,000. I want it to look very tropical and different from all the cookie cutter houses I am surrounded by."

This is what i wrote on the other palm tree forum section.
