Default Those white spots are common and should die off

I had similar palms and they had white spots but with small white webbing like the picture below. I used an fungicide and insecticide and was able to remove them quite easily. Just make sure to bring out the palm tree out doors or inside the garage so that you can spray the whole palm including inside the fronds and then let air dry for a day before bringing it back inside. The white spots that you have on the palm tree look like they are only on the spears of the palm so wait til the spear opens up before spraying. Other than that, it looks like a healthy palm.

Default The best ones are from Southern Ag

Southern Ag products are the ones I use and have the best reviews... I dont know if walmart has them or not, but if not you can get them online... this company has them have it under care products just click the link... Is this the first time youve grown palm trees?

Default I agree

IthinkIknow is correct, those spots are normal. Majestys get white power/waxy stuff on them. It can be cleaned off in order to see their green petioles but it will have to be done with every leaf, its normal so just leave them alone.

The white spots that greatwork posted a picture of is call scale and it *****. That come from cool damp conditions with poor air circulation.
