Question Christmas Palm

Well, I managed to get a couple pics of my palm today. I would like some feedback on how you think it is looking? Any sign of trouble or concerns?

Wink Christmas palm

Thanks! I have been reading about concern with twisted leaflets. I thought there may be a concern on mine. I notice that the new fronds sort of have a twisted look to them, unless that is normal on a new frond. What do ya think?

Talking Christmas Palm

Just leave it too me to try the impossible! Remember the frozen tundra hasn't arrived yet. I'll have to get pics on here during the frozen tundra season. I'll wait till late January. The arctic will be in full bloom then!

If it were a micro-nutrient deficiency, the tip of the leaves would be affected, like burnt leaflets on the tips, twisted tips etc. - effects the new tips and gets worse with every new leaf. This is Mn def on a queen. 2 leaves right to left oldest to newest. (the top left is a new leaf after fertilizing)

If you use a complete fertilizer like Miracle Grow (the water soluable) it will correct any micro-deficiencies. - But some plants have a very slight twist in their growing leaves (the whole leaf).
