The fungi is called Mycohorrizal Fungi...

And I think this site sells the Fungi as well. It does work miracles because it helps the root system grow more roots and expand feeding the palm more nutrients which in turn makes the palm greener...

just make it yourself...

you get better cleaner and more environmentally friendly when you create your own fertilizer, however the blend you have is good...
