2 Easy Steps

To ensure we process your return accordingly, please follow these procedures to expedite your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

	Obtain and fill out a "return form", by emailing or contacting Customer Service with your concerns.
	Pack, seal, and ship all products wished to be returned or exchanged, along with the "return form" and receipt(s).

Refund Terms

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment method for actual price paid, including any applicable sales tax. Returned and exchanged products must be in original condition. Any misused customer products are not eligible for the terms set forth in this policy.

For general products and plants 4' and under - If for any reason you are not satisfied from 15 days of the date of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund, an exchange, or a store credit of the full purchase price. No questions asked.

For large plants and trees 5' and over- There is no warranty or guarantee outside the State of Florida. On field grown trees, there is absolutely no refund, once trees are extracted from the ground. If your a Florida customer, and have purchased containerized plant material and you are not satisfied within 15 days of the date of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund, an exchange, or a store credit of the full purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee due to agriculture sanitation.

Real's Palm Tree Nursery respects your privacy and is committed to protecting you while you shop or browse through our site. We have developed this privacy policy to explain our position on privacy issues and how they relate to the use of RealPalmTrees.com.

How we use information we collect: For the most part information that is collected from RealPalmTrees.com, whether anonymous or identifiable, is used solely by Real's Palm Tree Nursery to enhance our product selection, pricing and overall web experience. We do not share, sell or rent any information collected from RealPalmTrees.com to any third party.

How we use email: Real's Palm Tree Nursery solicits email addresses for communications purposes. We will use email as our primary method of communication with our customers to confirm orders, shipping request, product returns, announce special events and promotions, product-related announcements and contest winners.

Checkout: Although our checkout procedure requires you to provide an email address in order to process your order, you may opt out of receiving future emails from Real's Palm Tree Nursery by marking the opt-out box located in future email correspondence located at the bottom of the email content.

User submitted content: User submitted content includes, comments on products, replying with feedback, testimonials, and other related comments. Real's Palm Tree Nursery reserves the right to edit or delete any of these contents to maintain form, content, and proper conduct on this website.
