No need to create an account; once you make a purchase, your account is automatically generated for you. By logging into your account, you can view all carrier information, check your order status, view tracking number(s), print receipt(s), view past order(s), and change account information. Along with real-time online account status, you will also receive notification via email periodically, notifying you of confirmation(s) and shipping progress.

General Shipping Information - Products are normally shipped with 48 - 72 hours. We take care in packaging every plant, tree, or product, so they arrive safely to their destination. Real's Nusery currently has over 5 locations in the United States, from which plants and trees are ship from. Mostly your location and product availablity, determines the location from which the plants, trees, and/ or products are shipped from.

Free Shipping - We are always providing Free Shipping offers, all year long. Please contact us for Free Shipping deals, or browse through our online catalog for Free Shipping deals. The carrier for Free Shipping, is automatically selected according to the best overall value.

Normal Shipping - Please select your choice of carriers at checkout or through phone orders. Plants and trees 6' and under are normally shipped your choice of USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Larger plants and trees 6' and over are generally shipped freight and require special handling, please call our sales dept., or click on the freight tab for more information.

Custom Shipping - We understand every order is unique, therefore custom shipping may apply to certain orders. For example, some orders require crating service, climate controlled services, crane services, international services, and other custom relates services. We at Real's Nursery are delighted to assist you in any means possible to accomodate all special custom orders. Please call our sales dept, for more information.

Please Note: For indoor delivery - Unless requested, carriers normally do not deliver in inaccessible areas indoors, (i.e. residential home, high rise bldg.). They will however, drop the shipment in a suitable area, (i.e. driveway, delivery area). Indoor delivery service needs to be scheduled in advance with carrier, and in most cases will incur additional charges with carrier at time of delivery.

Freight General Shipping Information - Freight orders are normally shipped within 4 - 5 business days. We take care in packaging every plant, tree, or product, so they arrive safely to their destination. Real's Nusery currently has over 5 locations in the United States, from which plants and trees are ship from. Mostly your location and product availablity, determines the location from which the plants, trees, and/ or products are shipped from.

What Quailifies for Freight - Large orders may be consolidated and upgraded to freight services. Large plants and trees over 6' typically are shipped via freight. Freight charges in most cases incur additional fees.

Crating - Certain orders may be crated, therefore they may require additional handling charges.

Climate Controlled - Unless requested, all freight orders, are shipped in a dry van; i.e. If you wish to receive climate controlled services, additional fees apply. Please contact our friendly sales dept. for more information.

International Shipping

Thank you for making Real's Nursery your choice. Patrons, please read carefully. This guide does not include every possible type of international shipment. This guide, does however attempt to be an informative guide to our international shipping process for all of our product(s). For more information on all type international shipments or to expedite your request(s), please contact our Sales dept.

Large and Medium Plants and Trees - For your consideration we have two shipping methods for shipping large and medium plants and trees.

1. Freight Forwarder - You can contact your freight forwarder of choice; we recommend Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, SEKO Worldwide, or Kuehne + Nagel. They will handle every aspect of the shipment, from our location to your doorstep.
2. Or We'll Export - We can handle all of the exporting from our country, either in a 20' or 40' open top container or via air freight; below is a summary of our guidelines to better assist you.
   
   For your reference, we do not charge any additional fees for international shipments. However, all FOB (Freight on Board) cost are to be paid in advance by yourself or your representative. This includes all cost, from loading at our location to the port of departure, including export charges; we will supply you with all of the estimates in advance.
   
   Many countries have very few regulations when importing product(s). However, every country has different prohibitions, restrictions, and regulations for importing agricultural product(s). And every procedure, also varies with every shipment.
   
   If this is your first time importing our product(s), we recommend consulting with a customs broker or official in your country.

Small Plants or Seedlings (Sprouts) - We use USPS or DHL Global for every international shipment; if you have a preference please let your sales rep. know.

Ship Dates

Thank you for shopping at Real's Nursery. We know you will be happy with all purchases made on our site. For your consideration we are open Monday thru Friday, from the hours of 9am to 5pm, Eastern Standard Time. Below is a list of the days in the year we are closed; although we are closed, you can place an order any time using your shopping cart 24hours 7days 365days a year, and your order will be processed the next business day.

Please Note: These official dates are Federally Observed National Holidays, thus carriers and other affiliates of Real's Nursery may also observe these dates.
