When I received my order my box was a little damaged. I was a bit afraid when I went to open the box to see a damaged tree. I then opened to find a good healthy looking tree. The Pindo Palms are great palms. I have bought this palm from a different place online and it did not come as nice as when i ordered it from here. The one i ordered from the other place which I will not mention came with broken leaves. I was very disappointed. The ones that i came from realpalmtrees came with the palm secured to the bottom and with its original container. SO i had no problems placing the palm in the location and the leaves were perfect. I ordered two for my indoor patio, to take care of them and acclimate them to my area so that when they are big and mature enough I can plant them outside with the assurance of them surviving. Great quality and price. Cam with a welcome kit too that is being put to use. Awesome (Posted on 2/3/09)
