I ordered these by mistake called the company and they were willing to replace the trees excellent customer service went above and beyond. Long story short I ended up keeping these and absolutely love em. Got the original Christmas Palms that I wanted too. Fast delivery too. Each tree came with a kit and easy care instructions. Couldn't be more pleased with this service Thanks again.
