Cabbage Palm are hard to find in gallon sizes. I have gone through all my local nurseries and nothing. I like the palm tree when it is roughly 5 to 10 feet tall. Even at this size I could not find it. So thanks for having this palm (Posted on 2/17/16)

I wanted this palm tree to stay roughly the same size. I was sadly mistaken. The tree is roughly 5 feet taller then what I ordered 2 years ago and now the tree is too big for my patio. o.0 I may need to sell it or bring it to a friends house. -_- careful if anyone plans to keep this in a height restricted area. I ordered this palm about two months ago and planted it in my yard. I followed the directions and it looks good and has grown new fronds must be a good sign. Now this is going to be the first winter here in Boston the temperatures are in the low 40's so hopefully it passes through the winter but it's late November and I bought the 6 ft. So far so good.Also, new spears are starting to form. I'm watching it grow even with snow on the ground.! There is a special instruction kit for the cold weather. This is as cold hardy as I was told it may not survive the winter in Jackson Mississippi. I called this customer service number and they said that it would and they will prove it to me. So far I was able to prove my neighbors wrong. It's still outside alive and green. It's grown about a foot since I got it over a year ago. I was wondering if they can ship me a 5 ft. Can someone give me a call or tell me if Melinda still is working with you guys. I would appreciate it. She sent my cabbage palm to me with a bow and a hands written note.I must have called about 10 times to speak with the staff and everyone there was very helpful and informative. I believe you all still have my information in your computer machines.

The Medium size cabbage palm tree arrived pretty well. The leaves were a little bent and one was broken but the cabbage palm tree still remained looking the same as it does in the photo. So I really can't complain other then that maybe they could package trees better. (Posted on 11/18/14)
