Carpentaria Palm I got was a bit on the skinny side and wanted something thicker and bigger. I will buy again but this time bigger size palm tree for sure. I like that this tree isn't as common as others so its adds more of a collection to my palm paradise. (Posted on 8/12/15)

Ok, so here are the facts: I ordered this palm about two months ago and planted it in my yard. I followed the directions and it looks good and has grown new fronds must be a good sign. Now this is going to be the first winter here in Michigan And the temperatures are in the low 40's so hopefully it passes through the winter but it's already late November and I bought the 6 ft. So far so good.Also, new spears are starting to form. I'm watching it grow even with snow on the ground.! There is a special instruction kit for the cold weather. My Carpentaria Palm Came with one broken palm frond. I mean the palm still looked good but the fact one of the top one was broken was upsetting. The tree grew back very fast and I wasn't too upset later. I guess the packaging could use a little help or UPS could handle the packages a little better. (Posted on 11/19/14)

I am glad the customer service was good. I have a hard time placing orders online since I dont know what they look like, but mine that I recieved looked like the picture and i am a happy customer. Im getting a little to old for gardening so i was a little weary but it arrived nicely pakaged at my doorstep and I had the neighbor help me move it to my backyard garden. Thank you.
