Chinese Fan Palm So big. The box was only 1 feet by 1 feet by i guess taller then me. But when I opened it up like 8 leaves open up and this palm was bigggg. Love it .. (Posted on 2/11/16)

My experience with this company goes back a few years now. I have never had any issues receiving what i order and the height that i order. This time i decided to go with the 6 ft Chinese Fan for an atrium my husband just built in our home. I just want to say it looks lovely and as always this company does it right the first time. In Thailand, these are everywhere and they look awesome! Couldnt find someone to send me some and this place shipped them to my door. What I like about the packaging, everything. It came secure and had moisture crystals inside and all the soil was intact. I thought it was going to go through shock being in a box during shipping. It arrived green and heathy. The only thing that came across my mind was the cost of the chinese fan palm. If they could bring down the cost of each palm, more people would buy. Thats just my opinion. (Posted on 11/9/15)

I purchased a few and they arrived in great condition even better than the picture the ones I got were greener and fully than I expected great quality and great service defiantly wasn't expecting such fast service considering they are live. I should be getting my tree very soon now. And if it looks like anything like the photo I can Not wait till I get it. I am going to keep the tree inside for a little and then plant it outside. Its pretty cold here and I hope it gets here in good condition. Its about 40 Degrees and they say its cold hardy to about 28 degrees. Well I will let you know about the ChineseFan Palm when I get it.
