The palm we recieved was green and beautiful and we have been watering the palms regularly, once a week and then went to twice a week and the leaves are turning brown. I have read everything there is about the christmas palm, the palm sits in the front office reception area and we think someone poured soda into it and now its turning brown, how do we remove the soda from the root system, or is this possible? the chsritmas palm they sent looked nice but I think it stayed in the box too long. It was shipped to the wrong address at first, so it spent 3 extra days in the cardboard box so the tips were brown. I cut them off with scissors and it looks beautiful but wish they would have arrived like the first order. (Posted on 3/9/16)

I saw this palm as palm of the month on Pinterest. I ordered the medium and it came in the scheduled delivery time and since I went with the Medium Christmas they must have been fertilizing these palms because it came fuller and greener than in the picture. I ordered the single stem Christmas Palm and they sent me the multi-stem. I have emailed and gotten response from someone that I told me they upgraded my order. I spent $199 for a tree that looks like something little less then I expected but maybe I will go for a taller one next time. (Posted on 6/1/15)

I ordered these from RealPalmTrees.com they looked a little too green almost yellow I was worried but max in customer service convinced me that's how they look before planting them and he was right they are very low maintenance and they make my lawn look fabulous!
