Great customer service Review by David Anderson
Quality Price Value I just finished recieving my four palms and I wish I would have ordered some more but I was skeptical on what I was going to be receiving. I am using the needle palm to make a hedge for would-be intruders and also because they look beautiful and they are cold hardy. I spoke with a bunch of different people about this company and they didnt even know they existed, let alone that palm trees can live up north. So I think Im the first one on the block to have palm trees in my yard.
Its much better than putting up and bringing down santa clause from the room every year, now I just wrap my lights around the palms and turn them into makeshift candy canes...lol
The palms came with everything I need, including an easy instruction and extra fertilizer. I knew I was purchasing spiney palm trees that poke, but I forgot that when I recieved them. So I got a coupld of pokes from the trunk of the needle palm. So my only complain is that they didnt warn me on the outside of the box of what I was getting on the inside. So be careful opening up this palm, make sure to use gloves. (Posted on 2/21/13) -
Easy checkout and I called just to make sure Review by Jill Wichman
Quality Price Value they sent me a tracking number so I knew when to receive it. Not to happy about the amount of fertilizer they gave me, I guess they only give you a years worth. (Posted on 5/31/12)

Very pickly palm Review by Jeremy Takahashi
Quality Price Value spikes everywhere definitely not a palm for recreational areas unless you want to keep people away. I replanted it near my pool house since I don't want people messing near the pipes.
They are doing great there and they are in half shade. (Posted on 11/16/10) -

Needle Palm Tree Review by Needle Palm Tree
Price Value Quality It takes forever for a needle palm to grow to 5 feet. Trust me I have had one for 13 years and its only 4 feet. I ordered another one from here since I had a spot open for one but had to match it so i figured i would go little bit taller thinking that realpalmtrees would send me a four foot or something but when I got it I was surprised, it was 5 feet + so I was definitely happy.
