It came alive and green had longer leaves that the photo but I just trimmed them all ok now. I was worried because my cat likes chewing on the long stringy leaves. However I googled it and its fine no harm done. Very happy with mine :)) (Posted on 2/11/16)

The ponytail can take alot of damage and thats why I ordered another one of them, which brought me to this review box. My ponytail is green and I dont even know how, I rarely remember to water it, so if it can survive a month in my office then i consider it very easy to take care of. (Posted on 11/10/15)

Recently I found RealPalmTrees and I wanted something that would grow in my patio in a small place with low light. I came across another site selling these and then found it here for cheaper. So I went ahead with the purchase. I received the tree in a box slightly banged up. The Tree was ok and not hurt at all. I love this palm!! I ordered from RealPalmTrees.com I got what I ordered and it came with a bow as my delivery date was 2-3 days late they apologized for the inconvenience and sent me one with a bow! I ordered 2 more for my mom and sister as there birthdays are on the same day. I told them it's for a gift and they sent them right on time very pleased with my ponytail. This palm is also very very low maintenance and I only need to water once a week!! They are great, a special thanks to Max in customer service who made my mother/sisters birthday a success! I needed a palm for my front office and I was helped on the phone with friendly people. After placing my order, it arrived within a week and it arrived healthy. I followed the instructions and placed the ponytail in a new pot with the soil additive they send you and everyone in the office loves it. My only quarrel is with the actual leaning of the palm, it doesnt sit upright so I had to plant it somewhat on an angle, not a big deal but took some time to get it right. (Posted on 2/21/13)
