serious palm collector here, tried to bring one of these back from our last trip to hawaii. It got squashed by my other luggage items and it died within a couple of days. I was a little upset since i spent some time wrapping it up so it wouldn't get damaged but whatever. The one I ordered came wrapped up properly and had bamboo sticks to prevent damage. I have been ordering from this site for about 5 years now. My entire yard is filled with real palm trees. I had my landscaper set up my irrigation to make sure Each palm is properly watered. Some palm trees need more water than others so make sure you know that. I learned that about the ruffled fan palm. Because it comes from the Island of Figi. Its a beautiful palm. I love the exotic look. I planted it next to my Flamethrower Palm and Im making sure to get plenty of water to keep leaves moist. My sprinklers have a set timer to water morning and evening. I am very pleased with this company as I keep collecting these palms and my palm trees garden looks like a rainforest. (Posted on 11/23/15)

I saw these in hawaii and had to have them, I got four of them for my bedroom atrium and they took it to the next level. I threw in some iguanas and a couple small parrots and now it looks like a rainforest. (Posted on 5/7/12)

I collect palms and I have not been able to find a place that has ruffled fan palms, I tried Ebay but they bare root their palms and it ends up dying after two weeks so even though this palm is a little pricier its more worth it in the long run. I received it in its original soil and with palm specific fertilizer. Can not go wrong with that. (Posted on 11/20/10)
