the windmill palm arrived green, which is the most important part of the order. The only bad part is the instructions which were included. I received the fertilizer packet and the root stimulator, but I had so many questions about the application of the bags. Are they measured out for the windmill palm, do I have to use the packets, and how much of each do I put? Once they figure out that we are not all gardeners, maybe they might send better instructions. I would purchase again since the quality is there. (Posted on 8/19/17)

I know very little about palm trees. I contacted customer service who recommended the windmill. I live in Anchorage and will survive the cold. Im still gonna be safe and keep it indoors. Im glad I choose this tree its beautiful and adds life to my home. It also purifies the air and helps reduce the dust. Its a good choice if your not sure what palm to get. (Posted on 2/11/16)
