Be prepared to move the spot you want the canary palm to be installed. The leaves are almost 10 feet in each direction. The installation crew helped us dig the area a little larger and they did not leave a mess, unlike the roof company! The canary palm is gorgeous and we are overly satisfied with our purchase. I was wondering if there was a minimum order amount? Can I buy just 1 Canary Island Date Palm? I would like to buy one canary island date palm for one of my properties. Considering buying another palm as well for my personal home. My home has been on the market for 1 year and I want to redo the landscaping. The Date Palm after 4 months started dying. Lost about 15 to 20 leaves but the tree was still alive and was growing fine. But I have seen some of the trees that barely loose 5 leaves when transplanting. Maybe it was something in the soil? Could that be the reason for the loss of so many palm leaves? I received my order in great condition. Love the palm tree, they could have done better with instructions and UPS could have done better with handling the palm
Over all good buy for trees you can't get anywhere else. BTW the shipping was more then I expected but so worth it

I wasn't sure if they were the same tree so I called them and they told me they were. I ordered one on the phone they were helpful and very knowledgeable about this Date Palm. I also requested a photo of the tree and they were nice enough to send me the photo of the size tree I wanted. So all in all very happy. Just paid a little more but for good service why not.
