I received my order in great condition. Love the palm tree, they could have done better with instructions and could have done better with handling the palm

These in my opinion are more tropical then the christmas palm trees. For some reason they look more exotic. I want to buy a few Carpentaria Palm Tree: Large and was wondering how big do they really get? (Posted on 1/20/15)

When I got my trees, they came on a Truck. They were strangely shrinked wrapped on a pallet and not delivered openly. I had to cut out the packaging for the large trees I ordered. The trees were well packaged but they came on a pallet, still something I never imagined. I thought they would be delivered on a flat bed or just by itself individually but I am happy with what I got. (Posted on 11/20/14)

I like the skinniness of the palm trunk. It made my house look bigger. Definetely a tropical palm though. I bought one a while back and it died on me. Figured I would get a large and it is doing well even with temperatures going down to the thirties. (Posted on 8/7/09)

The trees i recieved looked great and arrived on time. Very impressed with the site and service, much more informative and useful than any other site ive been on.
