took several calls to get through to a live person, left messages, received a phone call back the following day. We needed to replace the old ture date and match the one there. I sent them a photo. it was 75 extra a foot but it was well worth it. So beautiful. I love this type of palm I got three. I had to wait one for each pay check I got. That gave me enough time to have them planted my self and a few friends. (Posted on 8/7/09)
