yesterday was install day and I thought I could just open these puppies right out the gate, I come to find out, I have to wait 3 weeks before taking off the ties! The Gardener also has to get a larger ladder to remove the rope that keeps the leaves together. If you plan on having a special occasion, make sure to get the trees a month before, at least, because the front yard has two large pencils, or what looks like pencils.I ordered them 3 weeks ago and after approving them waited a week to receive them on a semi. Medjool Date Palm Tree I received was much bigger than expected. In pictures they look so much smaller. But then when I opened up the leaves; it had a huge spread. Don't get me wrong i love it but it kind of throws the size of my house off. Making it look smaller :( (Posted on 2/5/16)
