  1. Growing nicely in Illinois! Review by Farmer "John"

I loved the Palm trees when visiting South Carolina so I decided to purchase 5 of them and they are growing great. Make sure that you use the best fertilizer in which is on line and is very reasonable. It is from growth products and the palms are growing like crazy. It is a liquid 12-4-12 fertilizer and the palms are growing like mad. Plush and green. I will definitely be buying more for around the pool. (Posted on 9/8/15)

Awesome. I called to see if they could give me the large windmill already growing in a container and i pad an extra 100 but there was no transplant shock and there was no problems with the tree during winter here in West Virginia. Great Buy little costly but what isnt these days. (Posted on 8/20/15)

This was great buy for my house in North Carolina. The trees add such a great touch to my cottage style home. The colors of the trunk and our house complimented the trees very well. I love the Windmill Palm and how they are thriving here. Its cold now and the trees stay green. Pretty much the only thing that is green. (Posted on 11/25/14)

  5. great hardy tree Review by notyourmom

We have a few windmill palms in the colder microclimate near Sacramento CA. They survive beautifully simply on benign neglect, occasional watering, zero pruning. Tolerate frost, including the new weather hard frosts we have been subject to the past three years. They look lovely surrounding the patio, lining the driveway, and grow fairly fast. They bloom in the spring with a very interesting "flower" and after probably ten years are lovely specimens. There are no negatives that we have seen. As easy to grow as a Mexican fan palm, but more exotic looking and not as tall. Do not hesitate to try this palm. (Posted on 4/24/11)

I am considering buying a large windmill palm tree. I want 4-5 of them. I live in Northern Georgia and would love to see some palms in the back and front yard. Does anyone know if they will do ok here. I wil be calling them to place the order. I tried to check out but I couldn't because of shipping. I needed a quote. (Posted on 10/5/10)

The windmill palm tree is outstanding. I have had not one problem with my windmill palm tree. It has received some snow and was not harmed at all. No leaf damage no drunk damaged. Its like the weather does not affect the windmill at all. Great Palm Tree. I read the Waggie Palm is a little bit cold hardier. That is next on my purchase list. (Posted on 2/23/10)

Received them in great condition and they are doing very well in the shade house. Planted one inside shade house and another outside to see what the difference is in girth, spread and growth habit. will keep people posted on forum. (Posted on 2/19/10)
