My tree arrived a little dry. Almost crispy. I mean I know it was in a box but will the leaves be ok. I sprayed the leaves and watered the tree. It was almost instant to see the leaves come back to life. Some had some irreversible browning of the tips but other then that the dryness went away and leaves went all perky. :) (Posted on 3/4/16)

I was hesitant to make a purchase but I called customer service 1 800 number, who assured me it would be at least 5ft. they also guaranteed that I can have it shipped to my other home in Virginia since no one else has the fishtail palm there. I have looked every where and this is the only place that sells them, I ordered and i got it today it looks AWESOME! This is probably the most beautiful palm tree as the leaves look like a fishes tail. I'm sure there may be more beautiful palms but this ones very rare and this is the only company online that sells them. I am an old man and my grandchildren tell me Im hard of hearing, I tell them that i have selective hearing. haha.. I dont usually write reviews because I rather be at the golf course but I felt inclined because of the people that helped me at the 1800 number, and the palms I recieved were green and came with instructions and extra fertilizer and some other stuff and they all explained everything I needed to get the palms in the ground. I have a small garden and these fishtails are great to cover up the neighbors yard and his carraige of dogs. Thank you Mario, Jessica, Liz and Chris and other people that picked up my possibly annoying phone calls for my order.
