Great job on the shipping I give 3 stars because one of the leaves where bent. This palm has very sensitive easily damages but I bought it for the fruit not the look so TREE IS ALIVE so Im happy. They said the leaf will grow back fast so all good decent purchase for online. I just wish I could go and pick out my tree myself however if you ask them to take a picture of your plant they will send you a pic of the exact tree your gonna get so good service too. Same review I gave to Amazon. 5 Stars for quality and price and value.I found out afterwards this site is the Umbrella company that sent me my Banana plant that I purchased through Amazon. I got a 2 ft because thats all Amazon offered me. I did a little research and saw that I can get the banana palm in any size. I want the medium at least 6 ft this time since mine is a little small for the dealership. I can put the small one on the break room everyone loves it. but overall great service and its doing great! You cannot overwater it enough, it grows so fast and puppling start coming out when it reaches around 6 feet tall. Mine has not yet given me any bananas but I am not in a hurry. (Posted on 5/31/12)

This plant has never died on me, year after year it grows vigorously. Even when I cut down the palm tree for winter, it comes right back as soon as temperature goes above 25 degrees F. (Posted on 7/20/11)
